Our products
We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can, but colors can look slightly different on different screens. Please check the size chart and product details before you order.
Prices and orders
Prices are in U.S. dollars and are shown in your bag and at checkout before you pay. Shipping and any applicable sales tax are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown at checkout.
Your order is accepted when your payment goes through and you see our order confirmation page and receive your receipt by email. If a product turns out to be out of stock after you've ordered, or a price was clearly shown by mistake, we'll let you know and give you a full refund.
Cancelling an order
Want to cancel? Send us a message through our contact form as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we'll cancel it and refund you in full. Once it has been shipped, you can return it under our Returns & Exchanges policy.
Payment
Payment is taken securely by Stripe when you place your order. We never see or store your card details.
Shipping
We ship within 2 working days, except on national holidays. Shipping costs and delivery details are on our shipping page. Orders outside the U.S. may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country, which are paid by the recipient.
Returns and exchanges
You can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please read our Returns & Exchanges policy for the full details.

Nothing on this website is medical advice. Questions about surgery, recovery, swimming or wearing a breast form are for your doctor, surgeon or care team.
